(1) Cutting: Huaxin is equipped with two high-precision professional longitudinal cutting production lines for silicon steel, which can be freely matched with various widths and can cut materials to the minimum of waste, so as to realize the maximum cutting utilization rate of materials.
(2) Stamping: Huaxin has about 90 precision high-speed stamping production lines with a capacity of 25 -450 tons. Combined with advanced in-mold large slewing technology and oil cylinder internal jacking technology, it can ensure the key indexes such as parallelism, verticality and stacking coefficient of laminated iron cores.
(3) Welding: Huaxin independently developed the laser welding technology of stator core without convex spots, and self-designed the integrated automatic production line to realize multi-station and multi-group laser welding at the same time to ensure the dimensional accuracy and strength of the core.
(4) Annealing treatment: Huaxin is equipped with a tunnel continuous annealing furnace and a bell-type furnace, and specializes in degaussing annealing treatment for stator and rotor cores and transformer cores required by high-performance motors to improve the electromagnetic performance of the cores.
